“ Great spot with good food! Our order was prepared quickly and everything was tasty. We ordered biscuits and gravy and the breakfast burrito. Next time I want to have the waffles! ”
“ Went after ziplining. The service was good. The food was great, exactly what we were looking for after our little adventure nearby. ”
“ I'm not much of a breakfast guy but this was pretty amazing. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Extra gravy with potatoes And eggs. Very impressive!!! ”

“ My husband and I were in Occidental for a weekend getaway, and found this place when looking for a breakfast spot that opens early. So glad we found it! It's a cute little place in a historic building, with info on the walls about Occidental and the history of the area. You can take a look at the menu and place your order at the counter. They have several coffee and espresso drinks to choose from, as well as fresh juices and even mimosas. The breakfast menu has several different options, from eggs and bacon or sausage, to pancakes or waffles and healthy breakfast bowls and oatmeal. They also have a case with pastries at the counter, so they've got you covered no matter what you're in the mood for. The first day that we went, I had the potatoes with mushrooms, cheese, salsa, onions, avocado, and then I added bacon and eggs on top too. It was huge! I had some for breakfast and took the rest to-go and had more at lunch. I also had a mimosa which was generous in size and had fresh juice - so good! The next day we came back and I decided to try oatmeal instead. I opted for the Aloha Oatmeal (but without the coconut). It was perfectly cooked oatmeal with almonds, bananas, brown sugar, and cream on the side so you could prepare it how you like it. It was delicious! Just what I was craving that morning. My husband also got pancakes, sausage, eggs, and bacon, and I tasted the pancakes as well as the sausage - classic and tasty. Service was always friendly and quick. They bring your food to the table and while coffee refills are self-serve, they also come around and top you off as well. We would definitely stop in again! ”
“ This is the breakfast place I wish I had in my town. I visited this place for breakfast twice with my wife while we were in town for a long weekend getaway. The first day I had a smoked salmon omelette. The omelette was substantial. The potatoes were well seasoned and delicious. On the second day I had the standard 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon and 2 pancakes. The draw was the 2 pancakes and I was not disappointed. The pancakes were fluffy with butter and maple syrup. The coffee was the weakest link in my opinion. It wasn't brown water but was lacking in taste and depth. The espresso drinks were the star in the caffeine department. My wife really enjoyed her maple cinnamon latte and I the mocha. The wife and I also partook of the mimosas on both days. A descent sparkling paired with fresh squeezed juice and that's all it took to provide a superior mimosa. The mimosas were also generous and a good balance of juice to sparkling. For reference, the wife and I use fresh squeezed juice at home for our mimosas with just a couple of tablespoons of juice per glass of sparkling. We're looking forward to the next time we're in town to visit Howard's Station Cafe. ”
“ Woooowwww this place is incredible! I went with a group of 7, and even the vegan said they had incredible food and juices! I ordered the breakfast burrito - delicious! And sampled the salmon Benedict and breakfast sandwich, both equally as good. Our food came out with almost unbelievable speed, but it all was fresh and made to order. ”
